Home Learning wc 19th April

This week is the start of the Big pedal! This means that we all need to travel as much as safely possible on wheels! If we travel the most as a school, then we could win some amazing prizes.

This week, we are going to be learning about doubling in Mathematics. In phonics, we will be learning two new digraphs: ‘ow’ as in ‘cow’, and ‘oi’ as in ‘coin’. We are going to be launching the Big Idea theme for this half term; ‘Around the World in 40 Days’. This week, we will be exploring where the children would like to take the topic and continue to follow their interests.
