On Fridays, we usually do PE.
Here are a few ideas for you to do at home instead,
- You could go for a walk with your family.
- You could dance to some fun music. Here are a few of my personal favourites,
- You could make up a gymnastics routine with the different rolls, balances and jumps that we have learnt.
- You could play a game of football or other ball game outside in your garden.
- You could do PE with Joe Wicks. He is live on a a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am. You can join his workouts on his Youtube Channel. Just search for Joe Wicks.
